About the Application

Habit Tracker: Offline AI (formerly Offline AI Habit Tracker) is a privacy-first, 100% offline daily routine and habit tracking application for Android. Built with Jetpack Compose and local on-device machine learning (LiteRT), it enables users to cultivate lifelong consistency using GitHub-style heatmaps, predictive routine analysis, and streak protection mechanics without streaming their personal life data to external servers.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Habit Tracker: Offline AI mobile application (package name: com.aycker) developed by Ayush (Aycker).

1. Zero Personal Data Collection

Your privacy is our utmost priority. All user-created data—including habit titles, completion records, journal notes, streak counters, and preferences—is stored 100% locally on your device in an encrypted local database (Room SQLite). We do not operate proprietary cloud storage servers, and your personal habit data never leaves your device.

2. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

This application utilizes Google AdMob to display advertisements (banner ads and opt-in rewarded video ads). AdMob is a service provided by Google LLC.

To serve ads relevant to users, Google AdMob may automatically collect and process certain device information, such as:

• Google Advertising ID (AAID)
• Device model, operating system, and hardware specifications
• IP address and coarse geographic region
• Ad interaction and performance metrics (e.g., ad views, clicks, and load diagnostics)

Google's use of information collected through AdMob is governed by the Google Privacy & Terms for Advertising and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. User Consent & European Regulations (GDPR)

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our app implements Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) Consent Management Platform (CMP). Users have the freedom to accept or decline personalized advertising consent at any time.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our service does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take immediate action.
